Rancho Verde is a working ranch turned private wedding estate, seven years in the making, five minutes from Tulum town and worlds away from it. There is no shared calendar and no adjacent event; when you book the ranch, the ranch is yours, gate to gate, for the length of your stay.
The grounds hold a small chapel, open lawns beneath banana and coconut trees, a villa with a plunge pool, and separate air-conditioned houses for getting ready. Catering is by Liefs, our sister kitchen, built around a plant-forward menu that has quietly become one of the reasons couples choose us over the corridor's larger resorts.
Rancho Verde works exclusively through your event planner, so every detail (florals, décor, timeline) is built around your vision rather than a house package.

Rancho Verde holds five private houses across the estate: enough to keep your wedding night, and the night before it, on-site rather than a car ride away. One logistical worry less. Couples typically take the villa for themselves, while parents, the wedding party, or close family fill the remaining houses, so the people who matter most wake up a short walk from where the vows happened.
Each house is air-conditioned and self-contained, with its own bathroom and getting-ready space; the black-framed windows and walk-in dressing area you saw in the gallery above belong to these rooms. Room service, a plated breakfast, or a full bar and buffet for the wedding party can all be arranged through Liefs, so nobody has to leave the grounds to eat well the morning after.
The estate carries Airbnb's Guest Favorite badge and Superhost status: Airbnb's own distinctions for listings with sustained 4.9-plus ratings, low cancellation rates, and consistently strong marks for cleanliness, communication, and accuracy. Rancho Verde currently holds a 4.93 out of 5.

Fem has produced more than thirty events across the US, Mexico, and Europe over the past 15 years, and today brings that experience directly to every wedding held at Rancho Verde Tulum.
By trade, Fem is a social worker with a master's in business, communication, and organization. In practice, she has spent her career building spaces where people feel genuinely seen: from nationally broadcast cycling races in the Netherlands to more than twenty editions of Nocturnal Circus' Cirque Noir across Houston, Los Angeles, Austin, and Burning Man.
Fem is married to Thomas since 2014. They've been together since 2007. They have two daughters: Sofia and Emma Jane.
